The mother/daughter team show up fully for one another and their community. Jacquie went above and beyond in this year's Witches Gathering benefitting PeaceWorks, Inc. The handcrafted start geodes and hand pulled sugar skull show her commitment to raising awareness for domestic violence and helping the people in their community. Her magical creation brought in $200 during the live auction and was shared amongst many happy recipients! We are forever grateful for your support and the love you mix into your inspired creations.

Suz Cookie Jar Rescue & Bakery in Evergreen, CO is an absolute gem, full of small-town charm and delightful whimsy. The bakery itself radiates a playful, rainbow unicorn motif, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a magical kitchen nestled in the mountains.  The food is just as special as the atmosphere. From the hearty breakfast sandwiches to the impressive pastries and lunch options, everything is delicious and made with care. A particularly fun touch? Our breakfast sandwiches came with adorable unicorn toppers that brought a smile to our faces. The sandwiches themselves were perfect—fluffy eggs, savory ham, and melty cheese, all served on freshly baked bread.

What started out as a miscommunication ended up a true success! They were quick to correct a mistake and made our granddaughter’s birthday a special one. The cake was gorgeous and delicious!

Whenever a new restaurant/food service opens, I always go there to see what it has to offer. Whether I return depends on the food and the people serving/selling the food. At Suz Cookie Jar Rescue, both of those rate supurbly. Even if the cookies weren't as good as they are, I would still return just because the people are so pleasant. I love this place and highly suggest stopping by. Don't bring your credit card, stick with cash or you may end up buying way more than you plan on. :)

Just stopped in for the first time (we just moved into the area) and WOW! For the people saying the $5 price for bagels were not worth it… clearly they don’t have an appreciation for unique, handmade bagels and should head to a chain bagel shop. These are made from sourdough (a huge time commitment) which lend to a one of a kind slight tang and chewy flavor like nothing we’ve found in the Denver area. The pepper ones were ridiculously good. We are obsessed and would gladly have paid $7 for them!!! We can’t wait to return and retry their other delicious pastries. The owner was also super sweet and welcoming… again, a wonderful experience overall and we will be becoming regulars!

Sue and Jacquie are so kind and welcoming, and their bakery is the perfect addition to the neighborhood! My daughter is obsessed with unicorns and gets so excited to go into Suz’s and see all their decor/paintings and grab a cake pop!

These ladies are awesome! Not only is their selection fun and unique, but they are so friendly and give off small town neighborhood business vibes. They make you feel incredibly welcome and also ensure you leave happy! I was lucky enough to arrive as freshly baked English muffins were coming out of the oven and had the most delicious breakfast sandwich (plus some indulgent treats for later)! So excited to have them in the area and will be back soon!

Being gluten free and dairy free makes finding tasty baked goods a challenge. Suz Cookie Jar Rescue has put an end to my search! Their Brookies and Blackberry Lemon Loafs are amazing!! It's truly hard to believe that they're are vegan and gluten free!! Can't wait to try more goodies from this bakery!

Friendly polite service. Good selection. The store Appears Clean and organized. The goods were very tasty. I liked the authentic old time treats and new original recipes as well.

Absolutely incredible cookies. Bought two from Cactus Jack’s and I’m about to go buy a few more on the way out. Perfect texture. Delicious. Amazing.

Stopped by the bakery for brunch today and it did not disappoint! My toddler loved the adorable "eyeball" brownies and sipping a chocolate milk while he and I took in pleasant views and enjoyed relaxing on the quiet patio with a bottomless iced hibiscus mint tea and a delicious breakfast sandwich on freshly baked bread. The entire team is so friendly, felt like family when walked in and service was fast, which is always a dream with a toddler! If you are looking for a fun, family friendly place to enjoy some baked goods, I recommend you stop here and give this bakery a try! (We also loved the unicorn theme).

words cannot describe how much i love the cookies and other sweet treats here. they are AMAZING. blows crumbl cookie WAY out of the water (especially because these cookies WONT make you sick 🙄!) getting amazing soft delicious fresh cookies AND supporting a small buisness with unique recipes and flavors is a HUGE win, if you are in the evergreen-conifer morrison, even lakewood area- I HIGHLY recommend going here. they seriously had a coke oreo brownie bar today and a root beer float cookie pie bomb thing - HOW COOL IS THAT?!
